Blue Vrané project

The Blue Vrané project will embrace a new style of life, granting a harmonic relationship between men and nature…

Vrané today

In the outskirts of Prague, towards the south, the Vltava river divides in two branches, one of them towards the well known recreational area of Slapy. Vrané nad Vltavou lays in this direction, on the right river bank.

Last few kilometers before arriving to Vrané and its huge historical paper mill, go along the oriental bank of the river passing through a beautiful natural landscape.
The paper mill was built in the year 1836. It employed most of local inhabitants and brought development of the village.

Today Vrané is not any more an industrial area, after the paper mill discontinued its production. On the contrary, and thanks to its attractive natural environment, Vrané has become an interesting residential location, as shown by the several villas built in the upper part of the village.

The Blue Vrané project

Thanks to its beautiful position, connections and dimension, the property is suitable for a completely new development.

The idea is to create a residential and commercial area of roughly 65,000 sqm, without increasing the current structural volumes and thus re-qualifying an old industrial area.

The area will be surrounded by private gardens, public areas, amusement parks sports fields and parking spaces.

Only 18 minutes far from the centre there will be a new way to enjoy nature, social relation and work. The project will give benefits not only to the new residents but also to the whole village, in terms of economy and territory.
